1. This inspection of the subject property shall be performed by I-Spy Home Inspection for the client in accordance with the Standards of Practice of The American Society of Home Inspectors, Inc. (ASHI). A copy of which can be obtained at WWW.ASHI.ORG and the MA Standards of Practice 266 CMR 1.00 – 11.00 here.

2. The purpose of this inspection in accordance with said standards is to identify and disclose visually observable major deficiencies of the inspected systems and items at the time of the inspection only. Detached buildings are not included.

Plumbing: Water Main, Supply Piping, Waste Piping, Water Heater

Heating: Fuel, Location, Condition, Distribution, Vents, Oil Tanks, Chimney
